Our Architectural Services Process

1. Project Initiation:
The planning process begins by collaborating with the architect to define the project’s goals and requirements. This includes evaluating environmental factors (such as wind direction, sunlight, building orientation), soil conditions, and budget constraints. Local building codes and regulations are also considered during this phase.

2. Design Planning:
The architect prepares initial design sketches based on the client’s needs and budget to explore various options. These options are reviewed with the client, highlighting the advantages and addressing any concerns. Both manual drawings and modern design software are used to visualize the initial concept.

3. Design Development:
During this stage, the approved concept is further refined to clearly define the scope and quality of the final project. Cost estimates are reviewed to ensure alignment with the budget, and necessary adjustments are made if required.

4. Construction Documentation:
Once the design concept is finalized, the architect prepares detailed working drawings and technical specifications. These documents are essential for obtaining building permits, tendering, and guiding contractors during construction.

5. Bidding and Negotiation:
The architect supports the client by reviewing competitive bids submitted by contractors and provides guidance during contract negotiations to ensure a clear agreement between both parties.

6. Construction and Contract Administration:
Regular site visits are conducted to monitor the progress and ensure compliance with the plans. The architect collaborates with other professionals on-site, including construction engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technicians.

7. Project Completion / Occupancy Certification:
The architect provides regular progress reports and ensures the project reaches completion successfully. A final occupancy or completion certificate is issued, and the project is officially closed.
